Employee Relations Advisor
6 Month FTC – Hybrid
Elevation HR are working with one of the UK's leading FM businesses to support them in recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor, the role of ER Advisor will focus on Employee Relations case work and Policy development alongside some projects
In the role you will be coaching and supporting people leaders to manage a range of ER issues; developing management behaviours and styles to foster positive working relationships with colleagues.
Assess ER cases in terms of risk and possible solutions with the aim of reducing reoccurring issues through case analysis and proactive interventions where possible. Providing advice and guidance on complex disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance and coaching people leaders where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have strong Employee Relations experience. You will be able to communicate well both written and verbally and up to date knowledge of UK employment law. Our client is looking for someone with a customer service mindset that will have a positive input to the team and their customers.
This role is for an initial 6 month FTC but there is the opportunity for the role to go permanent
