PageGroup are supporting a large organisation in the Worcester area with the appointment of an Employee Relations Specialist to join for an interim contract circa 12-18 months, possible scope for permanent.

This role offers hybrid working circa 2-3 days per week in the office.

Description

Working in a busy HR team, the role of Employee Relations Specialist will support a HR Director with a wide range of Employee Relations casework.

You will take fully responsibility for a large portfolio of cases, ranging from low-risk to complex cases, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner.

Profile

Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar role with working knowledge of a wide range of Employee Relations casework including complex scenarios.
