Recruitment Consultant

​We are currently working in partnership with a charitable organisation based in south London, who are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant on a permanent contract. The position is due to start in the coming weeks and is offering an annual salary of £32,595.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the recruitment lifecycle where they have carried out high volume recruitment. They will have also leg on recruitment campaigns where they’ve worked in closely with hiring managers to source the best talent in a time and cost-efficient manner.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Partnering effectively with recruiting managers to deliver customer focused, proactive and highly efficient recruitment support, that promotes inclusion and co-production with people we support

• Building strong relationships with internal and external customers, third party suppliers, working collaboratively with HR Team and operational colleagues

• Leading on recruitment campaigns, planning with recruiting managers to ensure best practice in candidate management and selection are achieved throughout each stage to offers of employment

• Leading and attending job fairs/events to promote the organisation and attract candidates

• Monitoring and tracking applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently in line with the recruitment process

• Shortlisting and presenting suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies as required
