THE ROLE: EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE New Business Development - engaging with new employers to establish training needs Managing existing client accounts Building and maintaining relationships with clients Act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times Ensure monthly/yearly targets are achieved ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE An understanding of the apprenticeship or work based learning sector A proven track record of achieving sales targets within the apprenticeship or work based learning sector Outstanding relationship building skills and track record A proven track record of building excellent working relationships with employers and candidates ADZN1_UKTJ
