SALARY & BENEFITS PACKAGE: EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

• £30k - £40k starting salary
• Uncapped commission based on new program starts
• Full travel expenses

THE ROLE: EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

• New Business Development - engaging with new employers to establish training needs
• Managing existing client accounts
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times
• Ensure monthly/yearly targets are achieved

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

• An understanding of the apprenticeship or work based learning sector
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets within the apprenticeship or work based learning sector
• Outstanding relationship building skills and track record
• A proven track record of building excellent working relationships with employers and candidates
