About the Role
- Responsibilities for this role encompass advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This is including discrimination, restrictive covenants, HR advisory, TUPE, unfair dismissal, redundancies, settlement agreements, data theft, corporate transactions, and contractual issues.
- There will also be opportunities to represent clients in litigation across different courts.
Person Specification
- The firm are seeking candidates with 3-7 years PQE in employment law, with a strong academic background.
- Transactional, advisory, and litigation experience are desirable, as is experience representing both corporates and individuals.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage a client-facing role both independently and as part of a team.
