Employment Solicitor - Senior Associate

• Advising on employee and employer matters
• TUPE,
• Company restructures,
• Range of employee relations,
• IR35 advice

A proven track record of advising employers is essential, as is the ability to handle a high volume of work with precision and reliability. While existing contacts are advantageous, they are not mandatory for consideration.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills: 

• Exceptional Client Service skills
• Proven Financial Performance
• Sound Technical Ability in Employment matters
• Lead Management and supervision and mentoring
• Have a flair for Business Development

Technical prowess is expected, alongside a flair for negotiation and a meticulous approach to fee earning work, billing, and cash collection. The role demands flexibility, with the capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
