Job Description
You will join a great team working closely with a respected and very experienced Senior Associate and will work on both contentious and non contentious issues for both respondent and claimant cases.
Typical matters include:
Employment Tribunal Work - unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. You will also advise on non contentious issues matters such as settlement agreements, contracts of employment and also provide general employment law advice and guidance.
You shall be someone who loves employment law, detailed orientated with exceptional communication skills. You must have a minimum of 1 years' proven employment law experience and have strong advocacy skills.
This role shall be based in Glasgow but you may be required to travel from time to time dependant on cases. You will be offered hybrid working.
