Job Title:Legal Counsel - Employment
Location: South Manchester
Flexibility: Hybrid (2/3 days in office p/week) 
Salary: Up to £90k basic + Company Car (allowance) & 10% Bonus

Douglas Scott are working with a leading retail brand, based in south Manchester looking for an Employment Solicitor from 4-5 PQE upwards (no upper limit on experience) to join their small but growing team.
You'll work closely with the GC and the business' People team on all matters employment law related. The role will require a mix of bringing some of the current employment law related workload in-house but also project managing external counsel on particular matters so you'll need to be comfortable rolling sleeves up and getting stuck into some of the "doing" work but also comfortable operating at a senior stakeholder level both internally and externally.
The business is in a hugely exciting period of growth with the ambition to become one of the world's largest in their field. You'll be joining the legal team at a really interesting time where you'll have the chance to put your mark on the legal function and grow with the business.
In terms of flexibility, they're relaxed. They want someone who is capable of getting into their south Manchester HQ as and when required but they're comfortable with remote and hybrid working.
