Form of workWe are instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a leading FTSE 100 company, this role is hybrid and based in Lancashire. This is an ideal first step into a wide-ranging in-house role given the opportunity to undertake a broad range of matters across commercial, procurement, projects, IP/IT and disputes.
You will be involved in a wide range of matters including reviewing, negotiating, and advising on contracts and supporting the organisation in mitigating risks associated with digital project delivery. You will be able to work on genuinely impactful projects and exciting legal issues.
They are open-minded to lawyers coming from several disciplines including commercial, corporate, IP/IT, commercial litigation (not PI), real estate or commercial regulatory. You will be over 2 PQE with a rough upper limit of 10 PQE, although there is no firm upper limit on experience.
