Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Managing Associate or Legal Director with a combination of contentious and non-contentious employment law experience, to join our team in London. You will have in the region of 7+ years post-qualifying experience.
Addleshaw Goddard have implemented a flexible, hybrid working model that combines both office-based and remote work arrangements (3 days per week in the office minimum). This approach allows for a balanced and adaptable work environment. We anticipate that this arrangement will remain in place for the foreseeable future. Occasional travel between our various UK offices may be required to facilitate effective collaboration and teamwork.

What to Expect in This Role
We are looking for a senior lawyer to join our Employment Team in our London office. The role will involve the full range of employment law and HR support work (contentious and non-contentious) for a wide range of clients across all business sectors but with financial services as a particular focus.
You will have the opportunity to develop close client relationships and undertake a major role in client work. From the outset you will be exposed to the highest quality work, for some of the UK's biggest name clients.

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of 7 years post qualification experience working in a similar practice
- The ability to gain the confidence of senior client contacts by providing technically excellent and commercially pragmatic advice
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Leadership skills
- A commercial and common sense approach
- A track record of winning work
