My client, a global law firm, is seeking to recruit an experience Paralegal to join them in their LIVERPOOL office on a permanent basis – working as their new Employment Paralegal.
This is a role for a bright, enthusiastic and experienced Employment Paralegal to join a highly motivated and friendly Employment team, working on a range of matters. The successful candidate will bring extensive tribunal experience and history of managing their own caseload.
As the successful Employment Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Supporting with the progression of cases from initiation to completion
- Working closely with the fee-earners to prepare for employment tribunals; drafting witness statements, conducting legal research, compiling evidence
- Maintaining regular communication with clients
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and research
+ many more.
To qualify for this Employment Paralegal position, you’ll be/have the following:
- Have proven experience as an Employment Paralegal with a top law firm
- Have extensive tribunal experience
- Have extensive experience managing your own caseload
- Be an LLB/GDL graduate (LPC desirable)
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to independently work to tight deadlines
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
