Equivalent to Staff Officer (SO) within the Northern Ireland Civil Service)

Pay Band: £32,880 - £34,011 p.a. pay award pending

(August 2022 pay scales - starting salary is normally at the pay band minima)

We have several Employment Relations Officer opportunities within the organisation. Successful applicants will play an important role in helping shape and make a positive contribution to improving Employment Relations, promoting best employment practice and resolving workplace disputes within Northern Ireland.

We have offices in both Belfast and Derry/Londonderry. Posts are available on Full time/Part time/Job Share/Permanent/Temporary and Secondment* basis. A hybrid working policy is in operation; other flexible working approaches will be considered on request.

*Authorisation from your Line Manager and confirmation that your parent organisation is willing to release you if successful is required.
