Form of workA leading international law firm in Bristol is now seeking a talented and motivated Employment Solicitor to join this high profile team at either associate or senior associate level.
The role:
- You will act for domestic (regional and London centric) and international clients
- Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters and provide commercially-focused solutions
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
- Represent clients in employment tribunal proceedings, including unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, and whistleblowing cases
