A Legal 500 firm, seeks a solicitor to join their Employment Team in Waterloo. Ideally with NQ-2 years PQE in Employment Law, but more experienced candidates will also be considered.
Role Overview:
- Work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Provide advice on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Manage employment tribunal cases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- High IT proficiency and self-sufficiency.
- Exceptional client care and compliance standards.
- Interest in team marketing and development.
