Are you an ambitious and dedicated Employment Solicitor looking for an exciting opportunity to represent claimants in litigated and non-litigated employment matters? My client is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join their team as an Employment Solicitor, specialising in providing comprehensive legal services to claimants. If you are passionate about championing employee rights and have a strong background in employment law, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated employment matters, primarily representing claimants.
- Conduct legal research, provide accurate advice, and prepare legal documentation.
- Advise clients on their employment rights, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and contractual disputes.
- Attend Employment Tribunal hearings, negotiations, and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client care throughout the entire legal process.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the successful resolution of cases.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and proactively apply new knowledge to cases.
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+PQE experience in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, case law, and tribunal procedures.
- Experience in representing claimants in litigated and non-litigated employment matters.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide accurate and pragmatic legal advice.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
