Employment Solicitor

A NEW Employment law vacancy has just landed on my desk. 
My Client has an opportunity for an Employment law Solicitor to join the team.
This is a multi-discipline law firm and you will work under a Partner who does a mix of litigation work, but your role will be to focus purely on Employment matters.
The caseload is primarily claimant work and contentious work at the moment, but there is the opportunity for that change. They are keen for a Solicitor around 3-5 years PQE, but will consider applications from those slightly outside those levels. You should also have good business development skills, as they are keen for you to develop the employment law offering of the firm and there is the potential here for you to take on more junior team members to work under you further down the line. 
If you have good employment law skills covering matters such as unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims as well as enforcing restrictive covenants and discrimination claims, unlawful deduction of wages claims and advising on employment contracts and settlement agreements and are seeking a new opportunity where there is no need to fight over who has Christmas off as the firm shuts over the Christmas period, then this could be a role of interest to you!
