• Performance

• As well as strategic advice on large scale restructures, redundancies, sales and mergers and negotiating exit packages. They also represent clients through the tribunal process.

You will:

• be experienced in representing both employees and employers in the Employment Tribunal, including your own advocacy at hearings.
• be able to work unsupervised
• be actively involved in business development activities
