Employment Solicitor

This dynamic modern law firm with offices in Brighton & Hove is growing faster than any other firm in the area and have big plans for further expansion. Due to the success across the practice, are now looking to bolster the team with an experienced Employment Lawyer/Employment Solicitor.

The Role:

• This role will encompass both fee-earning responsibilities and management of the employment law department, including supervising Employment Solicitors, as well as fostering the professional development of trainees and paralegals. Your duties will also involve fee-earning tasks and enhancing your professional and firm's profile through networking and various PR activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Employment Solicitor or FCILEx with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Supervisory/managerial experience would be highly advantageous
• You'll be self driven and highly motivated to network/business develop
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, motivated, and close-knit team.
• Demonstrated experience and familiarity with the ACAS process and employment tribunal proceedings.
• Proficiency in Employment Tribunal Rules.
• Experience in employment matters and negotiation.
