We’re working with one of the region’s leading accountancy firms, who are keen to bolster their Tax team in Maidstone with the appointment of an Employment Tax Manager.
Supported by experienced Tax partners, you’ll have the opportunity to advise a broad client base of entrepreneurial growing businesses, OMBs and SMEs, as well as larger corporates. In particular, the clients seek advice on PAYE/NIC issues and compliance, Share Schemes, remuneration planning, and IR35.
You’ll play a key client relationship management role, so strong communication skills are important. You’ll also identify ad hoc planning opportunities, as well as overseeing annual compliance. Scope also exists to work with the Partners on networking and business development initiatives.
Given the nature of the role, it is likely that you are CTA and/or ACA qualified and will certainly have several years’ experience in the Employment Tax field.
