- Provide expert guidance on all aspects of Employment Tax compliance and planning.
- Interpret complex tax laws and regulations, ensuring our client's tax strategies are both compliant and optimised.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering proactive advice to minimise Employment Tax risks and liabilities.
- Team Leadership
- Support a dedicated team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Drive professional growth and development within the team, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Industry Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Employment Tax laws and regulations, bringing innovative solutions to our clients
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Employment Tax or related tax advisory roles.
- Certified Tax Professional (e.g., CTA, ATT, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws, specifically related to Employment Taxes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
