Location: Nottingham

Job Type: Permanent Full Time 37.5 hours

Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an Endoscopy Practitioner to join the team at a prestigious private healthcare provider in the Nottingham area

The main duties of the Endoscopy Practitioner role include:

Delivering high-quality planned care throughout the endoscopy patient journey, aiding and supporting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in organizing care provision within the endoscopy unit.
Offering high-quality planned care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures within the defined professional scope.
Contributing to the enhancement of Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards within flexible endoscopy services, encompassing decontamination and clinical care, and engaging in their improvement.
Striving to develop and enrich personal skills and knowledge base.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

Registered Practitioner holding NMC or HCPC registration.
Basic and advanced competencies/credentials in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination.
Completion of an Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination.
Qualifications in teaching, assessing, and mentorship, alongside familiarity with relevant standards and external bodies (such as Care Quality Commission, GRS, JAG, HTM 01-06).
Possession of ILS (Immediate Life Support) certification.
Essential experience in Endoscopy.
