Hours: 37 hours 8.30am Monday to Friday, finishing at 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and at 4.30pm on a Friday. The candidate must have flexibility to attend customer appointments until 9pm, 3 days a week.
Salary: £25,500 with an OTE of approx. £32,000 - £35,000 per year. Vehicle etc provided.
On behalf of our client, a top Northern Ireland Employer and award-winning company, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Sales Advisor to join the Energy Advisor team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Individual will cover a licenced area by responding to sales leads and generating additional opportunities through a series of structured field canvassing activities.
The Energy Advisor will identify, through cold calling, additional opportunities to promote the benefits of Gas.
The Energy Advisor will identify alternative opportunities where Phoenix Energy can engage positively with perspective customers by engaging with community groups and targeted audiences within local territory.
The Energy Advisor will also respond to inbound and to make outbound telephone calls.
You will need:
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Customer Facing role.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a target driven role
- Flexibility with working hours as the successful candidate will be required to carry out appointments most suitable to the business and customers e.g., evenings.
- Positive, enthusiastic and industrious approach to the role.
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Proficient IT skills to include the use of Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong administration skills
