Enforcement Assistant

The Role As an Enforcement Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your duties will include:

• Enforcement Enquiry Management: You will be responsible for dealing with our enforcement enquiry inbox, ensuring that all queries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Complainant Liaison: You will liaise with complainants, providing them with updates and ensuring their concerns are addressed.
• Site Reviews: You will travel to various sites around the city to review planning permissions, ensuring that all developments are in line with our regulations.
• Record Production: You will produce records of your findings, contributing to our ongoing efforts to monitor and enforce planning permissions.

This is initially a temporary position for 6 months, with the potential for extension.

Hybrid working available, allowing you the flexibility to work from home or our S1 office.

The hours are flexi-time, working between 8:00am - 18:00pm from Monday to Friday.

The pay rate is between £16.40 - £18.53 per hour (PAYE).
