I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South West who are looking for an Planning Enforcement Team Leader.
As the Enforcement Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of 10 Planning Enforcement Officers. This includes carrying out 121s (for well-being reasons, performance monitoring reasons, etc.), and assisting the Officers with investigations, notice drafting, appeal work, etc, as necessary.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to attend the office 2 days per week minimum, this is to carry out face-to-face 121s and to do site inspections.
This is a starting 3-month contract, with scope to be extended. The manager has asked for rates alongside CVs, so I am happy to speak to you about your salary expectations.
