Job Title: Enfranchisement Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Location: Brighton
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm in Brighton. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a growing Dispute Resolution department. You will be responsible for running your own caseload and reporting to the partners in the team.

Duties include:
Handling a wide array of leasehold enfranchisement matters such as, lease extensions collective enfranchisement and right to manage cases.
Conduct research, analyse complex legal documents and prepare accurate and comprehensive reports of the highest quality.
Maintain impeccable organisation and management of client files, ensuring that all documentation remains up to date, easily accessible and efficiently stored.
Skilfully draft legal correspondence, contracts, and agreements under the expert guidance of our solicitors.
Foster effective and seamless communication with clients, solicitors, and external organisations to ensure smooth and efficient case progression.
The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrable previous experience in this area of work
Ability to manage your workload
A confident communicator with excellent client service skills
A high degree of efficiency and accuracy
Experience in marketing initiatives and promoting services
Package:
£45k - £65k
