Job title: Engineer coordinator / Office Support

Location: Crewe
Salary: £25,000
Hours Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5pm Friday 8.30 - 3pm
Duties include: -
- Manage Daily and future Engineer Schedule in line with contracted customer requirements
- First point of contact for Customer queries
- Create and issue to Customers Service Visit reporting
- Prepare and Send Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure compliance and access to various sites as required
- Manage a fleet of leased vans
- Carry out Compliance checks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that product is ordered and available in a timely manner to support scheduled and adhoc service visits
Office Support will include:-
- Front Desk/Reception duties to include, Phone calls, visitors, post, Travel bookings and arranging of Hire cars
- HR admin support letters, announcements, office induction of new starters. Medicals, keys etc. Team Day coordination. Training administration.
- Asset management of office equipment and tools. Marketing material.
- IT equipment, Data Protection, GDPR.
- Senior Leadership Team admin support in meeting prep and reporting
The successful candidate will have:-
Excellent MS Office skills
Ability to multi task and prioritize and organize workload
Experience within coordination or scheduling roles a distinct advantage
Experience of Sage HR would be beneficial but not essential
