We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a time-served Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer who has previous experience working in a manufacturing plant environment and maintaining plant equipment.

As the Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer you will join the company on their journey towards engineering excellence by being a valued member of the maintenance team, giving the best Mechanical or Electrical engineering service for the effective running of the plant.

Working as the Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer you will place safety as your highest priority and follow best practice. You will need to take seriously your areas of ownership to support the efficiency of the plant, contributing in a positive manner to all tasks and assist in finding solutions to problems as they arise.

What’s needed from you as the Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer include:

Sound engineering education with experience working in industry. Have the skills and be able to advise solutions to engineering problems and help find answers to safety matters. Be a valued asset and help production with a common goal of safe operation with maximum efficiency. Able to suggest improvements to plant performance, equipment and/or spares availability then implement when funding or clearance given.

• Time-served engineer (HNC / HND)

• Experience with working in a manufacturing plant environment

• Experience working with and maintaining plant equipment

• Working with planned maintenance systems

• Computer literate (MS word, excel)
