A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an engineering technician to join my award-winning client in Stonehouse.

This a great role for an engineer who wants to join and grow within a company, building your skills in the sector and eventually working up into a role within CAD and design.

The Role:

-            Working within warranties and returns department, processing all claims for company products to completion.

-            Replacing any defective parts and warranty repairs needed

-            Carrying out mechanical and electrical testing for all products

-            Ensure companies database are correct and process any ECR’s for the company

-            Working with customers to obtain quality data and product feedback.

-            Communication with other internal departments for production of high quality technical documentation

The Ideal Candidate:

-            Apprenticeship, HNC or similar qualification within an Engineering field

-            Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge/exposure

-            IT literate and happy to learn new procedures on the PC

-            Great communication skills with customers and colleagues

-            3 years of experience within engineering
