Are you an Administrator or similar with a background in scheduling or co-ordination looking to join a growing building management team, who are known for their excellent work environment, employee retention, tight-knit company culture and their dedication to training and progressing their staff?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the leading facilities management companies in their field, who are dedicated to providing the best service to their clients. They offer a full range of facilities services in heating, ventilation, electrical and air conditioning, with the majority of clients in the education, managed buildings and public spaces.

This is a role where no 2 days are the same, you will be responsible for the logistics and planning of Engineers / Sub-contractors across the site, monitor and review service requests, invoicing, monthly / quarterly audits, update system checks and general ad-hoc administrative tasks. This is a Monday to Friday, office based position.

This role would suit an Administrator or similar with a background in scheduling or co-ordination looking to join a growing company with massive growth plans, who prioritise their staff, develop them into leaders and allow you to work in a stable Monday to Friday role.

The Role:

• Scheduling / Co-Ordination of Engineers / Sub-Contractors
• Ensuring client SLA's are adhered to
• General ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Monday - Friday - 40 hour week
• 23 days plus Bank Holidays

The Person:

• Administrator or similar
• Background in scheduling / co-ordination
• Commutable to Cardiff
