Hays Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a client within the Engineering industry in the recruitment of an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This client is an industry leader with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products across a range of sectors. They are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience working in the engineering sector.
Your new role
As an Engineering Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as:
- Preparation of quotations
- Creating purchase orders
- Answering inbound calls
- General administrative support
- Creating new job packs
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Strong background in the Engineering industry
- High attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Organisational skills
What you\'ll get in return
- Fully office based
- Working hours are 07:30 - 16:30
- Salary of between £24,000 and £29,000 dependent on experience
- Full training provided
- Monday - Friday
