Engineering Administrator

Job Specification: Engineering AdministratorLocation: PerthSalary Range: £25,000 - £28,000Duties & Responsibilities:- Responsible for all administration in the engineering department.- Update the Pirana system with job updates.- Assist in organising relevant training for the department.- Handle telephone calls, address queries, and relay messages as required.- Support bookings and arrangements for contractors visiting the site.- Gather data for meetings and disseminate information as necessary.- Assist in placing department orders, processing delivery notes, invoices, and manage stock in engineering stores.- Perform any other duties as required.Key Skills:- Excellent attention to detail.- Polite telephone manner.- Proactive with a willingness to use initiative.- Previous experience in an administration role or a transferable skill set.- Desire to progress within the industry.- Highly efficient with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment.- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.- Focused, hardworking, and target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.- Ability to work in a busy manufacturing environment.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
