Role Definition


Provides direction and engineering support for complex design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services.
What you will do

  • Establishing processes to eliminate defects. Providing continuous improvement to processes and product designs.
  • Evaluating the quality of products and providing advice in the refinement of engineering systems and processes.
  • Resolving or coordinating the resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Leading technical design, development, and testing for assigned products. Assisting in the preparation of proposals on products for customers.
  • Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

Product Development in Manufacturing: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques of product development; ability to design, build and manage manufacturing of new products.
Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.

What you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited engineering school
  • 15+ years of progressive engineering experience
  • 5+ years experience with Articulated Trucks

Top Candidates will also have:

  • PE (Professional Engineer) certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of superior collaboration skills
