Role Definition
Provides direction and engineering support for complex design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services.
What you will do
- Establishing processes to eliminate defects. Providing continuous improvement to processes and product designs.
- Evaluating the quality of products and providing advice in the refinement of engineering systems and processes.
- Resolving or coordinating the resolution of complex technical issues.
- Leading technical design, development, and testing for assigned products. Assisting in the preparation of proposals on products for customers.
- Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

What you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited engineering school
- 15+ years of progressive engineering experience
- 5+ years experience with Articulated Trucks
Top Candidates will also have:
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of superior collaboration skills
