THE PRODUCTS
We have a world-wide reputation for engineering excellence and are acknowledged throughout the world as a market and technical leader. The key products from our portfolio that you would work on includes fans, rotary heaters and compressors.
As an established leader in the engineering and manufacturing of high-performance air and gas handling solutions, we are now at the forefront of the energy transition offering products in Hydrogen, Emissions Reduction and CCUS applications.
THE TRAINING
Our Graduate Programme is approved by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and during the first two years of the programme you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 x 3 month placements in core areas such as: design, research, contract engineering, project management, manufacturing, and field services; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience and skills required to reach Chartered status by IMechE. After your first two years in the programme you will move to a permanent role whilst continuing to receive mentoring from some of our most experienced and accredited leaders.
Whilst you will be based in our Renfrew location, there will be opportunities for worldwide travel and building connections with other European graduates.
THE CANDIDATES
To be considered for our graduate scheme you should hold either an IMechE accredited MEng degree in a Mechanical Engineering Discipline OR an IMechE accredited BEng (Hons) degree in a Mechanical Engineering Discipline plus appropriate Master’s degree
