Are you passionate about Engineering and want to share your knowledge with the next generation of learners? Do you have a teaching qualification and a level 3 or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering? If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

REED Further Education are registering Engineering Lecturers who can teach in any of these disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics. We work with some of the best education providers in The East and West Midlands and we can offer you temporary roles, full time or part time, depending on your availability and preferences.

As an Engineering Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching and learning to students aged 16-19, including apprentices. You will prepare lesson plans, assess student progress, provide feedback and guidance, and contribute to curriculum development. You will also have access to industry leading benefits, such as a dedicated consultant, pension scheme, holiday pay, and more.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

- A teaching qualification - A minimum of a level 3 qualification in a relevant or related subject area to that you would be teaching. A BEng would be highly desirable- Experience of interacting with 16 - 19 year olds including in the workplace i.e. apprentices- A keen interest in equipping others with knowledge and skills in your specialism- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and maths
