Engineering Manager

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require an experienced Engineering Manager to undertake a long term contract.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

• Experienced Engineering Manager
• Strong leadership and management background
• Nuclear experience is highly beneficial
• SC Cleared

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

• Support the Design and Safety Manager with day to day engineering decisions
• Liaise with project management community, supply base to ensure delivery of projects
• Recruit, manage resource selection / interview for a growing engineering team
• Support the delivery of engineering outcomes
• Supporting design managers with delivery of engineering outcomes and assurance of technical documentation
• Play an active role will be taken in building the medium term capability of the team in support of programme demands
