This company are part of a global powerhouse who manufactures a range of products globally. Due to continued growth they are looking for a process-driven engineer who can progress into a leadership role in the business.
In this role you will be involved in continuous development and the implementation and improvement of new manufacturing equipment and production lines, working closely with the R&D teams to facilitate continual innovation within the business.
The role would suit someone from a Manufacturing background who has experience implementing new machinery and production lines, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, or similar.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours - flexible start and finish time
*Hybrid working in office and from home
*Leading a small process development team
*Running projects involved in enhancing processes and upgrading equipment and implementing new production lines
The Person:
*Worked in Manufacturing, FMCG, Production or similar industries
*Experience as a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer or similar
*Implementing new machinery/ production lines
*Management training provided - though previous experience beneficial
