With a growing internal community of Guidewire Engineers, we are looking for a Guidewire Engineering Manager (Internally we call these Chapter Leads) who can help build our capabilities to get the best out of the Guidewire Insurance Suite of Software.Alongside your daily responsibilities within your own squad, you will oversee 'how' results are achieved and encourage engineering chapter members to manage their actions and outcomes. You will guide work standards within your craft, support chapter members to build new capabilities and provide development and learning opportunities.You will also oversee the individuals' career development and progression and contribute to performance assessments. You'll show your experience with delivering technology that enables our vision, purpose and strategic goals.
