A successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in leading and managing embedded engineering teams
- Strong background in embedded system design, development, and debugging
- Experience with C/C++ and Embedded software development tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
