The Role:

• Collaborating with BSRIA, GC6, and following RIBA stages, Part L, BREEAM, and renewable technologies guidelines.
• develop the preparation of clear and concise drawings, specifications and product schedules to define electrical systems
• Designing conceptual designs of HV and LV electrical systems, lighting and fire alarms

The Person:

• Electrical Design Engineering background
• Building services design background
• Understanding of MEP engineering disciplines and CDM Regulations.
