Engineering Project Co-ordinator

As Engineering Project Co-ordinator, you will support the Engineering team by taking responsibility for coordinating the Design and Development Projects as well as general administration for the Engineering team.
Key responsibilities as Engineering Co-ordinator
Monitor Engineering Project tasks and project progression using project management software.Collate information and update general project documentation.Ensure design and development projects follow the ISO9001-approved process.Be involved with Project Meetings including minute taking and allocation.Communicate regularly with customers and suppliers, providing necessary updates.Experience as Engineering project co-ordinator:
Experience planning and organisingHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailAt least 2 years’ experience of Office administration within a business environmentUse of Liquid Planner or Project Management software would be beneficial.Previous experience working on projects or within a project team is advantageous.You will need a flexible and adaptable approach to your workload.A curious and open-minded individual, who wants to evolveBenefits for Engineering Project co-ordinator:
