Shift Pattern: 4-week rotating shifts (Days and Nights)
Salary: c£51,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery during assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize the performance and reliability of manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to creating a secure working environment for all team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Shift Engineer in a manufacturing or food production setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify technical issues.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and automated production machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a 4-week rotating shift pattern, encompassing both day and night shifts.
- Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications.
