Engineering site supervisor (days)

We now have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Site Engineering Supervisor to join our fast growing and highly successful team that specialises in material handling and robotic systems.
The Site Engineering Supervisor is the vocal point of the engineering team for the customer on all automation related topics. They provide a broad based electrical, mechanical, FM and software technical ability along with a right first-time mentality and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve the site s performance.
The Ideal candidate will be tasked to get motivate a team of 4 engineers and make sure all PPM and reactive maintenance are complete on a wide range automated materials handling equipment such as AGV's, ASRS, conveyors, sortation and packaging machinery.
This is a rare opportunity to work on a new site start up, which will involve helping with the test and commissioning of all the automated systems gaining invaluable experience to progress your knowledge of the site before "GO LIVE".
Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds in an engineering discipline
• Previous experience of working in an operational engineering role within a similar environment
• Panama Days/Nights (every other weekend off)
• Experience of managing small teams on a customer site
• Familiar with basic hand tools such as spanners, screwdrivers, Allen keys
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
