SalaryAn Engineering/Maintenance Planner is required to join a fast-paced FMCG environment in Birmingham, bringing optimal resource planning and coordination to the Engineering department.

Description
- Prepare daily engineering report for meetings
- Ensure operating & maintenance manuals, diagnostic instructions & special tools are readily available
- Manage contractors/issue work permits & audit their work
- Maintain department CMMS (Raise work orders, general up keep of system etc)
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Support the Engineering team in their day-to-day activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Profile
You will either be, an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Planner, or, a maintenance engineer looking to take a step away from the tools but still have the opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day, as well as:
- A recognised Engineering qualification
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
