Joining our growing Team as the Engineer’s Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence. You will take responsibility for managing, leading, coaching, and developing a team of Engineers to provide the highest standards of customer service. You'll ensure that your team stays up to date with the latest technology and repair techniques while maintaining a strong focus on operational targets, performance improvement, revenue maximization, and cost control.
What’s in it for you?
Salary- £37,500-£41,000 depending on experience + bonus.
Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

About you:
- First and foremost, you will have a wealth of engineering experience and a strong understanding of modern vehicle construction.
- You’ll be an experienced people manager with an ability to get the best out of team members, through strong hands-on coaching and performance management.
- You possess a well-developed sense of financial awareness. You must be someone who can see the bigger picture and work closely with peers and line managers to ensure delivery against SLA’s and targets.
- You’re highly customer and delivery focused, you will be no stranger to working in a target driven environment where performance improvements and innovation are constantly being pursued.
- You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
