English & Maths Learning Facilitator

Ignite a passion for learning! We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Learning Facilitators, specialising in English and Maths. If you have a knack for teaching and inspiring students, we want to hear from you!  You will deliver support and lost learning to our 16-19 students that have not achieved a GCSE grade 4 or above in English and/or mathematics.  You will support English & maths GCSE students outside of their timetabled English and maths classes on a 1 2 1 or small group basis to develop their knowledge and skills and fill gaps in their learningRequirements:- Proficiency in English, Math, and ESOL instruction- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Experience working with diverse student backgrounds- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans- Patience and adaptability in supporting various learning stylesResponsibilities:- Facilitate engaging lessons in English, Math, and ESOL- Provide individualised support to students based on their learning needs- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment -Supporting the student to improve their attendance. - Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum- Stay informed about teaching methodologies and best practices This vacancy is fixed term until July 2024. Closing date is 1st February. Shape the future of education with us!
