An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning and Development Team to shape the delivery of clinical skills training across the trust.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced band 6 registered Mental Health practitioner and is essential to meeting the continuing professional development needs of staff and to ensure staff can have the confidence to deliver high quality care.
We are looking for someone with a range of Mental Health management and leadership experience who has a keen interest in education and training, who can work effectively within a team and who has excellent communications skills.
To directly support the Lead Learning and Development Facilitators in the research, design and delivery of trust wide training and Development programmes and leading delivery on key work streams in line with Learning and Development agenda, specifically the Mental Health act and clinical risk reduction. To act as advisor for Learning & Development with regard to Mental Health Issues.
Ensure that local advice and support provided to operational areas including the development of bespoke programmes are clearly aligned to the corporate trust wide Learning and Development agenda and referred as appropriate to the Head of Learning and Development.
The role involves the facilitation of training to both clinical and non-clinical staff in the Trust and will include ensuring the quality assurance and evaluation of training.
The line management of Band 4 Learning & Development Facilitators who will deliver training across the whole of the L&D portfolio..
