SEMH English Teacher
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching are looking for a resilient and SEMH experienced English Teacher Key Stage 3-4. The learning provision is based in Preston.
The school is for students in Key Stages 3-4 who have SEMH Needs. The right candidate must have experience in supporting ASD and ADHD. The role in will start immediately and will be ongoing with no set end date. The desired teacher will be working with pupils, with a wide range of ability levels and must be familiar with delivering GCSE English. This role would be suitable for those holding a QTS.
Depending on performance the school would look at offering a permanent position.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a similar setting
QTS status is mandatory
Team Teach Trained (preferable)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
