Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our dedicated team, focusing on Key Stage 3 and 4 students. The successful candidate will have a strong background in English education, a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
Assess and provide constructive feedback to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment processes.
