The School and Role
This large and well established Secondary Academy based in Huyton, Knowsley, are looking to appoint a passionate and driven English Teacher to teach KS3 - KS4 levels and work as part of an established team. This is a full-time role, starting after Easter and is ongoing until the end of the academic year in July 2024. The successful candidate must have experience of teaching English up to KS4. This coeducational, Roman Catholic secondary academy is sponsored by the Pope Francis Multi Academy Trust. Their vision for 2023-24 is to become the number one school of choice in the local area, and to be a school that is characterised first and foremost by their faith and strength of their Catholic community.
Requirements
The desired Teacher will have;
- Hold QTS in the UK
- Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels
- Confidence in teaching the current curriculum
- Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
